Therapy for Burnt-Out Neurodivergent Women in Colorado and Florida

Primary Fit: Neurodivergent, People-Pleasing Women Experiencing Burnout and Self-Doubt

I work with neurodivergent women who appear capable and put-together on the outside, but internally feel anxious, self-doubting, or ‘not enough.’

Many of my clients are people-pleasers who have spent years over-functioning, and are now experiencing burnout, identity loss, and difficulty setting boundaries.

This work may be a strong fit if you:

·       Feel responsible for others’ emotions or approval

·       Struggle with boundaries, even when you know what you need

·       Experience anxiety, overthinking, or chronic self-doubt

·       Feel burned out from trying so hard and still missing the mark

·       Want deeper, lasting change… not just coping skills

This may not be a good fit if you:

·       Are currently experiencing active suicidal intent or require intensive/crisis care

·       Prefer highly structured, manualized treatments only

·       Need court-mandated evaluation or documentation

·       Are seeking insurance-based or low-cost ongoing care

·       Are not open to insight-oriented or depth-focused work

Therapeutic Approach & Style

My approach is relational, insight-oriented, and nervous-system informed. I help you understand how past experiences and patterns show up in your current relationships and sense of self.

I may integrate:

  • EMDR or Accelerated Resolution Therapy when past experiences continue to feel unresolved or intrusive

  • Hypnotherapy when patterns feel automatic or difficult to shift through insight alone

  • Ketamine-assisted therapy (when clinically appropriate, medically supported, and aligned with your treatment goals) for clients seeking deeper, non-ordinary-state processing

  • ADHD executive functioning therapy or bipolar disorder therapy when appropriate

The specific approach depends on your goals, symptoms, and readiness.

Note: Ketamine-assisted therapy is only offered following appropriate screening and in coordination with medical providers.

  • You’ve done therapy before but still feel stuck in the same patterns

  • You intellectualize your experiences but want deeper emotional change

  • You’re motivated for self-reflection and meaningful change (not just symptom relief)
